What price do we pay for the sweet taste of sugar?
What would you be willing to give up in order to say goodbye to aches and pains, headaches, fatigue, gut issues, disrupted sleep, and excess weight? Would you eliminate sugar? Maybe reduce your sugar? Maybe???

In this episode, my guest, Lynne Wadsworth and I discuss our battle with sugar, how it impacts our lives and the benefits of winning that battle. Lynne and I are both living proof positive of the low-glycemic diet’s effect on aches and pains and weight loss.
Over the past four months, I have lost 25 pounds (BONUS!) but of far greater importance to me… my aches and pains and stiff joints are so much improved. I have nearly wept at having to say no to a can of Coke. I crave bananas. I lust for Mike and Ike’s at the movie theater.
But, as I share in the episode, the cravings have pretty much gone away, I feel so much better and I’ve lost a bunch of weight.
