THE Podcast for Midlife | Experience 50

A midlife podcast… because 50 is tricky.

If your friends are telling you how great their 50s are, they’re lying. Okay, maybe not lying… but not telling the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

I’m Mary Rogers asking you to check out: The Experience 50 Podcast.

I started this midlife podcast over 4 years ago because nobody around me was willing to have honest conversations about life at 50.

It’s time to get your story straight. Looking back, looking ahead, ignore the noise around you, decide who you are right now.

Are you still behaving as your parent’s child? Are you still trying to parent your grown children? Have you figured out how to live your own life? Your own life.

I’m telling you, your 50s bring a now or never, enough is enough energy. The podcast brings you a library filled with stories of men and women who decided to grow up… at 50.

Our circumstances change and it can be uncomfortable, unnerving and if you don’t have friends willing to talk about these things, you can start to feel like you’re going a bit crazy.

I’m here to tell you that you’re not going crazy. After really diving into this topic of midlife transitions I’ve come to learn that this is a natural phase of life – like puberty – that nobody told me about, or you about.

You don’t need to become a Badass, a Rockstar, or a Goddess. You just need to figure out who you are now. I bring you honest stories and lessons of men and women who were brave enough to take stock and change direction.

I love the direction my life has taken in my 50s. So let’s start the conversation.

I hope you’ll check it out. The Experience 50 Podcast, you can subscribe through any podcast app and connect with me online at experience50.com
